Our cultural exploration begins in Kutaisi, first visiting the majestic Catedral de Bagrati. From its privileged location on the hill, we will visually dominate the entire city before moving to a place of spectacular geography: the Monastery of Motsameta. Dramatically located on a rocky promontory surrounded by the Tskaltsitela river, this sanctuary offers an atmosphere of deep spirituality and moving landscapes. A short distance away, the Academia de Gelati awaits us, a complex declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site that preserves invaluable frescoes and the history of the Georgian Golden Age. Subsequently, we will leave behind the city's surroundings to venture into the picturesque region of Racha, famous for its mountainous landscapes. There we will visit the Cathedral of Nikortsminda, a masterpiece of ecclesiastical architecture, recognized worldwide for the intricate beauty of its stone reliefs and magnificent decorated interiors. Surrounded by the serenity of the mountains, we will enjoy this artistic gem before undertaking the return journey to Kutaisi, thus concluding a day dedicated to sacred art and nature.

Today we will dedicate the day to discovering the geological and prehistoric treasures of Imereti on a circular route. We will begin at the Sataplia Nature Reserve, a fascinating place where we will walk alongside authentic dinosaur footprints from the Cretaceous period. In addition to its karst cave, we will climb up to the famous glass viewpoint, from where you get vertiginous panoramic views of Kutaisi and the surrounding mountains. We will continue our speleological adventure heading to the nearby Prometheus Cave, one of the largest underground systems in Georgia. We will marvel at the artistic illumination of its rock formations and, whenever hydrological conditions are favorable, we will navigate by boat along the river that flows in its depths. After a day full of natural history, from dinosaurs to the formation of stalactites, we will return to our starting point in Kutaisi to enjoy the afternoon and rest.

We will leave behind Kutaisi to venture into the lush nature of western Georgia, on a day dedicated to spectacular landscapes. Our first stop will be in the Imereti region to explore the Okatse Canyon. There we will live a thrilling experience walking along its famous walkway suspended over the abyss, from where we will enjoy unparalleled views of the deep gorge and virgin forest. Subsequently, we will move to the Samegrelo region to discover the magic of the Martvili Canyon. This place seems taken from a fairy tale, with its intense turquoise waters and dense vegetation. If the water level permits, we will take a relaxing boat ride on the Abasha river, navigating between rock walls covered with moss, and we will walk along scenic trails surrounded by crystal-clear waterfalls. After a day of total immersion in these natural jewels, we will descend towards the Black Sea coast to end our route in the vibrant and modern city of Batumi.
